How your order gets to you, and what happens if it isn't right.
Shipping
- Flat Rs. 300 delivery anywhere in Pakistan — free on orders over Rs. 5,000.
- Dispatched within 1–2 working days; delivered in 2–4 days.
- You'll get a tracking number on your order page once it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unworn, unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Tags must still be attached and the shirt in original condition.
- Return shipping is on us if the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Order Verification
- Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed the moment you place them.
- Online Payment orders sit in Pending Verification until we check your screenshot.
- Verification usually takes a few hours during business days.
- If a transfer doesn't clear, we'll contact you before cancelling anything.
Outside Pakistan?
We deliver across Pakistan only. Ordering from outside Pakistan? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it for you.
